Each state certified massage therapist here has extensive knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and various modalities thanks to the different programs we each graduated from. We each participate in continued education to ensure the highest quality massage.

During a 30 minute massage, you can expect a Swedish massage with other modalities integrated as well. I usually recommend to only work one chronic area of the body for this length of time.

During a 60 minute massage, you can expect a Swedish massage with other modalities integrated as well. I usually recommend 1-2 areas to focus on with some superficial work on the rest of the body. With very chronic tension, I recommend strictly working 1-2 areas of the body.

During a 90 minute massage, you can expect a Swedish massage with other modalities integrated as well. I usually recommend 2-3 areas to focus on in detail with some superficial work on the rest of the body.
